For added convenience and peace of mind, you can now register your cell phone number as your primary contact for gate entry—no need to rely solely on a clicker or access card. In the event of an emergency or device malfunction, having your phone registered ensures you can still enter through the resident gate. To set it up, simply register and log in to access the Support Page. It’s quick, easy, and a smart backup for hassle-free entry. ■

As President of the Homeowners Association Helene is the primary leader and representative of the community. The President is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the HOA and the satisfaction of its members.

Juan is responsible for supporting the President in leading the HOA and ensuring the smooth operation of the community. The Vice President will work closely with the HOA board, homeowners, and property management to achieve the goals and objectives of the HOA.
