I have resided in Herons Landing since 1987, and during my initial year, my CuldeSac had just three families, including mine. The South section where we lived resembled a ghost town, with only 7-10 homes occupied for at least the first year. It’s worth noting that some of the buildings in our area were still in an undeveloped state at that time.
